It has been a very long - VERY long month. If you've wondered where our new caps are/have been...well...DAMAGED. About a month ago one of our biggest shipments of caps was caught in a perfect storm. First, delays in shipping from customs in Dominican Republic, then delays due to weather, THEN damage in shipping. By the time the box arrived to my home it was a mess. My family was distraught and the caps were NOT salvageable. For one, I didn't trust musty caps that had become wet, dry, and then wet again. I wouldn't want to wear an item like that nor would I want to have paid for it and it be a lesser value. So, as you can imagine, no shipments and a lot of refunds were issued because I had no idea WHEN caps would come. My family back in Dominican Republic kicked into high gear during the month of June as SOON as they heard of the issue and what was received. We all shared a good cry and then, we jumped back into gear.
I am pleased to announce - NEW CAPS are now in and I am working diligently to sort, review orders, and ship out caps in the upcoming weekend (July 13th weekend).
I can't say how thankful I am for those of you who ordered and have been patient with me/us. Thank you. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you have NOT received your cap by July 28th.
